Postage Costs :
We charge postage costs on the weight and size of your package which will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. We find that charging via weight and size saves you more money than individually priced items. If you would like to confirm prices with us before you place your order please don't hesitate to contact us, the quickest method would be via telephone on 01254 602782.
Processing Time :
We aim to ship all orders that are stocked with us by 1pm (UK Time) the same working day Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch on Weekends or Bank Holidays for any services. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day providing it is not a Bank Holiday. Special orders may take longer to dispatch and timescales will be confirmed upon receipt of order. Where special order items are required by a set date, an enquiry should be raised prior to the order being placed. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
Shipping Time :
As we are based in the UK items are shipped via Royal Mail® within the UK and are normally delivered within 2 - 3 working days. Please allow longer in November & December due to the holiday Period. We do offer other services within the UK but these are paid for.
International orders are dispatched by International Standard Royal Mail® and are normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days for Europe and 7 - 10 days for all other destinations but can take longer from time to time.
Large orders may need to be sent via a courier, please note some of these orders may require a signature.
Please take note that during the Holiday Periods (especially October / November and December) this may take longer due to delays with third party delivery companies.
Subject to availability, we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Services you have ordered as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us. We will deliver all standard items/services in one delivery wherever possible, although reserve the right to dispatch delicate or high value items separately.
We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order. We do not validate address details prior to dispatch. Any issue associated with incorrectly supplied address details, will be deemed to be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once delivered, the Services ordered will become your property and your responsibility and, except in relation to Services that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Note that surcharges apply on all deliveries outside mainland UK, and next working day delivery is not applicable to deliveries outside mainland UK. The following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. The postcodes that fall within these areas are: All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4 - PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT. Please call or email us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these.
Additional surcharge may be applicable on larger items for postcodes starting with AB depending upon the carrier we have to use. We will notify by email, if payable, before the order is dispatched.
